Production Time
Every product is made by hand, to order. The standard production time is 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation.
Warranty
Products carry a 5-year warranty. In the event of a defect — including a cracked slab or similar damage caused by UV exposure or winter conditions — the product is replaced with a new one. The warranty applies exclusively to standard products from the catalogue.
Shipping
Shipping is charged separately and depends on the delivery location. The cost is calculated and confirmed before the order is sent. If shipping is arranged by a third party or by the client, CIVITAS is not responsible for damage that occurs during transport.
Samples & Colours
Product photographs are taken in studio — the finish colour in person may differ from the depiction. Finish samples can be ordered to your address for viewing, provided the same samples are returned after inspection.
Customization
Special colours and non-standard dimensions outside the offered models are charged additionally.
Handmade
Each piece is made individually, by hand. Concrete is a natural mineral material whose appearance shifts with composition, pigment, aggregate, casting, and finishing — no piece is ever fully identical to another. Slight differences in colour, tone, and texture are natural to the material, not a flaw.
Its Own Story
Even two pieces of the same model can carry a different distribution of nuance and texture. CIVITAS does not hide the nature of concrete — it turns it into part of the design.
Photography Is Not a Mould
Photographs may differ from the actual product due to lighting, space, and screen settings. Treat the image as a reference for the material's character and tone, not a promise of an identical surface.
Handmade Work, Its Own Character
These are not serial industrial products. Minor visual and dimensional variation comes from the process of handmade production — it is exactly what makes each piece original.
Tolerances & Care
Stated dimensions are nominal; minor dimensional variation within usual tolerances does not affect function. Clean the surface per the instructions supplied with the product — abrasive agents and aggressive substances can affect the protective layer.
Dimension Customization
CIVITAS models are not limited to the standard dimensions shown in the catalogue. The same design can be produced in other dimensions, adapted to a space and individual client needs, within the constructional and material limits of each model. Same character. Your dimensions.
